Haemonetics provides a suite of innovative medical technology solutions that improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of patient care in blood collection, storage and distribution.
The campaign, aptly named ‘Lock the Bloody Fridge’, focuses on enforcing appropriate storage of blood products, to help provide safe and fully compliant blood management. The campaign identity was rolled out into multiple applications including posters, magnets, banners, and a video.
Toolbox designed this campaign to signify a balance of technical sophistication with a heartfelt commitment to improving medical outcomes. The design direction emphasises a clean, modern aesthetic that reflects the precision and reliability of Haemonetics’ innovative solutions. By utilising a bold colour palette of reds and blues, clean sans serif typography, and custom icons, ‘Lock the Bloody Fridge’ is presented as distinctive, professional, and trustworthy. The design also highlights the human aspect of their work, incorporating organic shapes and subtle references to the circulatory system.
